3. Intellectual property
All content on www.clown.art, including its structure, text, logos, trademarks, images, illustrations, photographs, videos, sounds and graphics, is the exclusive property of CLOWN.ART or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The “CLOWN” trademark is registered with the INPI under numbers 24 5040724 (figurative mark, class 16) and 25 5183969 (word mark, classes 16, 18, 28 and 41). Reproducing, representing, using or adapting any part of these elements in any form without CLOWN.ART’s prior written permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
4. Business activities
CLOWN.ART sells drawing equipment and art supplies online, as well as online drawing courses. Products are sold through:
- The www.clown.art online store, hosted on Shopify.
- The Cultura marketplace (www.cultura.com), operated by SOCULTUR SAS.
- Partner stores, including Le Géant des Beaux-Arts (GBA).
- Physical events, including fairs such as Paris Manga and exhibitions.
5. Sales channels and after-sales service
Purchases on www.clown.art: after-sales service is provided directly by CLOWN.ART. Contact support@clown.art.
Purchases on the Cultura marketplace: after-sales service for orders placed on www.cultura.com is managed through the customer’s Cultura account. Customers must contact Cultura customer service for any complaint about an order placed on that platform. CLOWN.ART acts as a third-party seller under its partnership agreement with SOCULTUR SAS.
Purchases at Le Géant des Beaux-Arts (GBA): specific return conditions for products bought in GBA stores are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.
